Today their chat support was available, and after I spend about 10 minutes sending screenshots to prove that I actually bought the game I got the following response:ДЄfter investigation of the key, we noticed that is affected by an ongoing issue with a batch of keys for the game.ДЇor the time being the issue is being investigated by our developers and we are looking on possible options in resolving it. When I fill in the info, at the bottom t says ' In the light of the current situation, we are temporarily restricting our support to live chat only.' and a bit below that: 'Chat is currently unavailable. I tried to contact Ubisoft by filling the form here: but I am not able to do so. The key is entered correctly (copy / paste + manually, several times).
